Tony Farnham has worked in Australia’s financial markets for nearly 30 years. For the past three years, he has been Economist/Analyst at Patersons Securities. Before this he was with Aegis Equities Research for seven years, over which time he covered a spread of mid and large cap stocks across several market sectors, including building materials, steel and the contractors. His earlier work history entailed a 17 year stint with the Commonwealth Bank, over which time he held positions in the bank’s economics, money market, liquidity operations and strategic planning operations.
He has Bachelor of Commerce (hons) in Economics, a Master of Commerce (Funds Management) and is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA.
